“Radio patrol has affected my life in many many ways. To name a few: it has made my community safer, I feel better letting my children walk to the store, and I've strengthened my ties in the community. Radio patrol also allows me to be able to help homeless people and children going to school, whether watching to make it safe or passing out hats and book bags so they can be warm and focus on school work.
It has brought down and cleaned up the dumping that was everywhere. Camp Restore radio patrol, working with Detroit police, has also taken automatic weapons off the streets and helped hundreds recover their stolen cars. Camp Restore has deeply made me smile.”
From securing the streets and recovering stolen cars to handing out coats and gloves for warmth, your gift empowers restoration in the Northeast Corner of Detroit.
